1. Do you Offer Combined Shipping?
Our shipping is calculated online via USPS and UPS Rates in real-time based on actual shipping weight.
If you purchase multiple quantity or multiple items, the savings will be significant.
On the product page or search results page, please add quantity to proceed to checkout then put partial address (city/state or zip/country) to find out what the shipping charge will be even before creating an account.
2. Do you offer Quantity Discounts?
Our discount starts at quantity 12 or more and such quantity can be mixed in multiple designs and sizes. For quantity 12 to 120, we offer additional 15% discount.
Please inquire further if you're interested in quantity more than 120.
3. Do you Wholesale?
Please inquire further if you'd like to receive pricing and order form via Contact Us page. Although we do not store credit card informaion on www.OfficialCap.com, we'll collect Visa/MasterCard informaion along with photos of both the card and matching identification.
4. What is the Return/Exchange/Refund Policy?
Our policy is simple - Any defective items will be fully refunded or be re-sent at our cost with requiring to return the defect.
Please open the packaging without damaging the shipping label in preparation to have it Return To Sender.
Item is below expected quality? No questions asked - simply return it for full refund less shipping.
5. Do I ship InterNational or to PO/APO/FPO?
Yes, we do. We ship world-wide. And we do accept PO, APO, and FPO addresses.
However, please note that your country may not accept particular goods for importing or be taxed. It's best of your interest to find it out locally, but not by asking us.
For all overseas shipments, we do not provide other than UPS or USPS as shipping method unless arranged and paid for by the customer.
6. What about the Customs Duty (import tax for international orders)?
The best I can do, is to put the reasonable value of the product below the customs import taxing bracket of your country.
In general, duty is not required for items valued less than U$100, but this may not be true to your country.
Please find this out before proceeding to purchase. Refund due to customs will be granted, but less shipping charge.
7. So, How Long does Shipping takes to arrive?
We try to ship out packages on the day the order was placed, or the day after at the latest.
In general, for those close to Southern California, it takes about 2~3 days and 5~7 days for all other domestic U.S. destinations.
For international orders, it usually takes about 14 business days.
